I don't even know what I'm going to do when we get out of this nightmare, even if everyone else survives?
I don't want to go back to the Foundation, I can't go home as long as there's the chance some other me could end up back here. It's a fucking shitty situation.
I know I was thinking of figuring out a way to fix how the Foundation works from the inside because of how shitty the situation is before we even get any chances to go home.
Does it really mean getting rid of everyone? Or does it mean that the Foundation no longer exists?
The Foundation's caused so much pain, enough that I don't believe that it could be changed, even from the inside. And given we don't know how long it will take, how many others need to suffer in the meantime?
Believing that the Foundation itself needs to be gotten rid of is different from eliminating the people.
[ . . . the message on Inaba's end actually doesn't come out immediately, the signs of Someone is typing... showing on the tablet screen. ]
I honestly couldn't answer that. I don't think that eliminating the people would solve anything to begin with. But keeping those associated with the Foundation alone when it "no longer exists" could also be an issue.
Getting rid of the Foundation and replacing it is fine, sure. But what do we do with the people that were involved?
There's a possibility that history might repeat itself with whatever's rebuilt from the ground up because of that, either. It doesn't sound like it's a guarantee either way.
Nevertheless, this opinion doesn't really matter, really. What matters is that all of this crap has to end.

It's definitely not worth it, even if we might get new bodies. Just because it's a possibility doesn't mean that it won't make others upset.
And it sure as hell won't help any of us.

But destroying it in its entirety means getting rid of everyone involved in the Foundation. Are you willing to do such a thing, Niijima?
